Three R’s of Engaging Neighbors - Right

Have you considered how desperately those who do not believe in Jesus need to hear the gospel truth? The gospel is hope and freedom to a dying world! Oftentimes our neighbors pretend that they do not need any help, yet we know that underneath the pretense is fear and insecurity, a life without hope. As we encounter our neighbors, bring the truth to bear on their lives. Be confident that the truth of the Bible, is right. Certainly we will face opposition, especially in the form of “That may be true for you, but not for me.” However, I encourage you to speak boldly of the liberating truth of the gospel because you know your message is right. It is the Word of God! God has commissioned us as his messengers to our neighbors, who so desperately need Jesus!
