- Community Groups: Join a community of committed believers who meet weekly in homes across the area. Led mostly by husband-and-wife teams, these groups bring men and women together to apply Sunday’s biblical teaching—not just for information, but for real transformation. Whether single or married, you’ll build deep friendships and grow closer to God in an environment designed for connection and accountability. People say this is where relationships thrive—don’t miss out!
- Ministry Teams: We encourage every man to step up and lead by serving on a ministry team. From hospitality to outreach, there’s a variety of opportunities to use your gifts and guide others. If you’re not already involved, now’s the time to consider how God might use you to make an impact. Leading isn’t just a call—it’s a chance to grow.
- Cell Groups: For a discipleship experience, join one of our cell groups—small gatherings of 2-3 men who study God’s Word, hold each other accountable, and spur one another on. These groups are organically formed and open to committed believers and seekers alike, these groups meet regularly and offer coaching and resources from North Valley to help you grow and disciples other men. It’s an ideal place to dig into Scripture and strengthen your faith alongside Christian brothers.
- Leadership Summit: Each year, we pour into a dozen or more men at our Leadership Summit—a highly intentional, action-packed, life-changing experience. This specialized intensive mixes seasoned veterans with new recruits for a handpicked group of emerging leaders. It’s not for everyone—we ask that you’re already leading in your home, church, and workplace—but if you’re stepping up, we’d love to have you join us on a future trip. This is leadership training with grit and purpose.
